Blockbuster Refuses to Stock Widescreen DVDs 12/13/2001 The Digital Bits has an excellent article about Blockbuster Video refusing to stock DVD’s in widescreen in favor of Pan & Scan, and the site also has a petition to let Blockbuster know that DVD consumers want to rent DVD’s in their proper aspect ratios. Trouble at Work! 11/29/2001 On Tuesday it was really cold, and the wind was blowing really hard, which made me late to work. They told me that I couldn’t work the breakfast shift any longer. Harry Potter to Hit Theaters Next Friday! 11/8/2001 The wait is almost over, folks! Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone is coming to theaters on 11/16/01. I cannot wait to see the film. New Dell Computer Arrives 10/20/2001 Our new computer came on Thursday night! I spent all night setting it up, and playing with the new operating system. It will take some getting used to Windows XP. Star Wars Episode I Hits DVD! 10/10/2001 After 2 long years of waiting, Star Wars: Episode I will finally be released on DVD this Tuesday! New Computer to Arrive Soon! 10/10/2001 We ordered a new Dell computer last week, and it should be here any day now! I cannot wait to get it.
