Star Wars Episode I Hits DVD!

After 2 long years of waiting, Star Wars: Episode I will finally be released on DVD this Tuesday! I just can’t wait to finally be able to own a Star Wars movie on the DVD format. In fact, I’m so excited about having Star Wars on DVD, that I just ordered the Star Wars Special Edition Trilogy on VHS, and I can’t wait to watch the Star Wars Trilogy the way it was intended to be seen - in Widescreen! I am sure I will very much enjoy watching the original trilogy, because I only got to see A New Hope in the theaters when it was re-released as a Special Edition in 1997. In fact, I didn’t even become a fan of Star Wars unil I saw the Special Edition in theaters. I did get to see the widescreen version on a small television when I was at Job Corps, but now I will be able to watch them on a much bigger screen!
