New Dell Computer Arrives

Our new computer came on Thursday night! I spent all night setting it up, and playing with the new operating system. It will take some getting used to Windows XP. I like it so far, but the interface is really different from what I’m used to - Windows 98. The performance is excellent though. I haven’t had a single crash yet, but it’s too early to tell. Mom is even exploring the possibility of getting a DSL line. Now, that would be really exciting. I hate having to wait hours to download some of the big files.
