Time Warner Loss Due to AOL

AOL Time Warner posted a net loss of 100 billion dollars for fiscal year 2002. This is the largest loss in corporate history. Ted Turner, the largest AOL shareholder, and Vice Chairman, announced he will be resigning from the company at the next shareholder’s meeting.
