Coaching Puppets for LTC

I found out Wednesday that our church will be doing puppets this year for Leadership Training for Christ. I had volunteered to be the puppet coach earlier this year, but they really waited till the last minute to make the final decision to go ahead with the event. The convention is in just four weeks, so we don’t have much time to practice. My team has three 8th graders, one 6th grader, and one 3rd grader. What a mix! I stayed up all night last night with a friend writing the script! It’s a good script, though, so it was worth it. I’m really excited, as this is the first time I have coached puppets. I did grow up doing puppets for Lads to Leaders & Leaderettes, so the experience will help me.
