Here is the law I proposed: I would dictate that no Judge on any State Supreme court or lower court could overturn any federal law passed by the U. S. Congress. Only the United States Supreme Court could do that. State Supreme Courts could only overturn laws passed by the state legislature. And no Judge, Govenor, Mayor, or other state official, elected or otherwise, may overturn a proposition passed by the people.
