John Kerry Lies: Plans to Raise Taxes on Middle-Class!

In the second presidential debate, John Kerry looked straight into the camera and promised all Americans that he would not raise taxes on anyone who makes less than $200,000 a year. But John’s tax plan says differently. His plan is to rollback the tax rates for the top 2 tax brackets to Clinton levels. This would effectively raise taxes on anyone making $146,750, according to the IRS!
